Delivery

GanePoint Skills Training LLC offers flat rate shipping for all domestic packages.  All deliveries will be made according to the carrier’s standard procedures; therefore the shipment should arrive at all domestic locations in 3 – 7 business days.  All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday.

For orders shipped to the zip code 36027, GamePoint Skills Training LLC offers a free local delivery option.  Our local delivery service will have products arriving in 1 – 2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Please e-mail us at gamepointskillstraining@gmail.com before returning any product.  Make sure that you have the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Your name and address, including post code
  3. Contact telephone number
  4. Email address
  5. Reason for return
A representative from GamePoint will assist you on the return/exchange policy.  We will not return/exchange any item(s) unless authorized through gamepointskillstraining@gmail.com.  Once approved, you must return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt in a re-sellable condition and the return shipping information will be provided via email.  Re-sellable condition means the item is in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with original labels.  
 

GamePoint Skills Training LLC reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange for items that are not in a re-sellable condition.  We will only exchange an item and we do not offer refunds at this time.  We can exchange the item for the same item in a different size or for an item that is equal or lesser value.  Once GamePoint receives the returned item, it may take up to seven business days for us to process and send out the exchanged item.

Payment Terms

Customers agree to pay invoices in full within set terms.  Past due balances will be charged interest at the rate of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month.  Customers also agree to pay any and all fees, including attorney fees, incurred by us to collect past due invoices.
